A new IH (Interhouse) Committee is elected each year at Aloha College. Their responsibilities include helping to organise the IH Sporting events, departmental weeks and helping the PE Department run the IH activities during lunchtimes and PE lessons. Pupils must first apply for the role by submitting a short letter explaining why they would like the role and which characteristics they possess which would make them suitable. They then stand before their peers in November and give them a short speech. The pupils vote for the male and female they want to represent their house for the year group.
