On the afternoon of Friday 15 February, a selected group of 20 students from Year 7 to Year 10 were lucky enough to enjoy a Vocal Performance workshop led by the well-known local singer, Anthony Wolfson. Anthony has had much success over the years including being rated Number 1 ReverbNation Artist Worldwide and appearing on the BBC. The workshop began with Anthony sharing his experience of live performances and tips on how to “live the music”. He then invited students to work in small groups to prepare their own performance. The afternoon ended with some goosebump-inducing moments with the students giving their all in a variety of performances and Anthony providing top tips on stage art.
