On the last day of term, the whole primary school were entertained by a range of talented singers, dancers and gymnasts from Years 1-6. The children were very brave and confident when performing in front of so many people. Everyone joined in with singing and dancing at the end which got us all in the […]
Another year, we all really enjoyed our final Sports Assembly where some of our top sports men and women were awarded prizes. Congratulations to all pupils, in particular nominated pupils and prize winners.
Year 1 had a visit from the coast guard. He explained to us the different ways that we can keep safe on the beach! We learned about boat safety, the colour and meanings of different beach flags, some important information about jellyfish and what different symbols in the sand mean. Most importantly the coast explained […]
Have you ever wondered if turtles can detect colour? Or if you can make rocket fuel from sweets? These are just some of the interesting questions our Year 9 students were trying to answer for this year’s science fair. Throughout science week we had several special lessons and speakers for all year groups. Year 8 […]
Some of our primary pupils showed their amazing Flamenco dancing skills in a special assembly to celebrate the Marbella Feria on the 11 June. They brought lots of colours to the school wearing beautiful flamenco dresses. Children are fantastic flamenco dancers!

53 pupils and their chosen guest enjoyed fantastically a memorable evening at the Guadalpín Banús hotel. It is great to see them all happy and relaxed, relieved that their exams are over. However, it is always sad because in a few weeks’ time they will graduate from Aloha College and venture out into their chosen […]
Aloha College were well represented again at another successful beach clean this weekend at Cabopino. The clean collected 400 kg of waste and featured more than 100 volunteers. A particular thank you should go to Craig Webb of Plastic Free Seas for organising and Lottie (year 8) and Thomas (year 6) Ness and their family […]
A busy week for Year 6, who experienced life in the Secondary section of the school. They spent four days following a typical Year 7 timetable to help prepare them for September. Secondary staff stated what a well-motivated, happy group of children they were. Well done Year 6!
