Last week 25 Year 12 students spent two very windy but productive days in Tarifa studying ecosystems for IB Environmental Systems and Societies. They all worked hard measuring different environmental changes over sand dunes and made a comparison of 4 different river sites. This is an important part of the course and allowed them to experience first-hand scientific data collection in the field, or dunes to be more precise!
