We are proud to announce that Aloha College was winner in the 2015 COBIS Creative Challenge ‘Come Dine With Me!’, where Primary students created culinary delicacies from around the world. COBIS is the Council of British International Schools.

41 films from more than 20 COBIS schools entered the competition showcasing how to prepare drinks, desserts, snacks and main courses from Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. The video put together by Mr Herron and the Year 3 teachers — Miss Hill, Miss Atkinson and Miss Griffiths — made us Key Stage 2 winners in the “Most Delicious and Unique Recipe” category, shared with the International School of Samui, in Thailand.

This has been a fantastic experience for all the pupils who took part, who now feel proud of winning a free subscription to an educative platform and additional books for the school. Congratulations to all of them and all the staff and parents who offered their support.
