Year 13 can be a stressful time for our students
Aloha College Marbella held its fifth Year 13 Wellbeing Day with students enjoying an afternoon of activities aimed at promoting relaxation and mindfulness.
Students were given the chance to choose from a number of activities ranging from the very physical, to the more creative.
Dotted across the school, students could be seen boxing, knitting, playing music, stretching the mind and body in yoga, exploring emotions in drama therapy, painting, decorating cookies, making Christmas cards and playing basketball and volleyball.
We believe that taking care of our bodies and minds is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Needless to say, the students were definitely more relaxed by the end of the day!
