Our trips and enrichment opportunities offer our students the chance to combine real-life experience with their theoretical studies. They also work with the school aim to ensure the personal development of skills and attitudes by allowing students more experiences than can be taught in the classroom alone. Children from all year groups go on day trips that enrich the curriculum and offer experiential learning opportunities, then, from Year 5 upwards, they also take part in residential trips to develop their inter-social skills and personal independence.

Our trips can be cultural experiences, subject-related, academic or sporting competitions or outdoor pursuits, allowing children to stretch themselves and gain new perspectives. While many of these experiences are included as part of our curriculum, we also offer parents the opportunity to choose for their child to attend further trips, such as for language development, experience of the creative arts or sporting activities such as skiing.
