Introducing computational thinking to students

This week in Primary we have been taking part in the Bebras Challenge for the first time!

“Students from Year 3 to Year 5 have been participating in small teams. Year 6 students have been taking part individually. I have been really impressed by the collaboration and focus shown by all of our students!” – Mr Mulligan

The Bebras Computing Challenge introduces computational thinking to students.

It is organized in over 50 countries and designed to get students all over the world excited about computing. Participants answer questions that focus on computational and logical thinking. It is completed online at school. Students who score very highly can be invited to the OUCC.
