In Milepost 1, the children in IPC have been learning all about being ‘Time Detectives’. So when Year 2 was asked to perform their assembly on Monday 22nd October, they decided they would show what they had learnt about the past. Of course, this meant they had to enlist the help of two special people who could travel in time. So Doctor Who and his assistant were invited to attend with their Tardis. With their help and the use of dance, singing and drama, Year 2 visited the historical times of the Romans, The Ancient Greeks and the Ancient Egyptians. Year 2 thoroughly enjoyed showing everybody what they had learnt about how people lived in the past.
