In spite of the rain last Saturday 3 December, there was plenty of warmth and cheer at Aloha College’s annual Christmas Bazaar. The Christmas market, where parents had stalls with their own goods, did a great trade, as well as the scrumptious international food stalls, where visitors could have breakfast, lunch and even take something home for tea. As usual, Joni Macaroni were here to entertain all the children and Santa brought a big smile and happiness to the young visitors to his grotto. All of us were entertained with excellent performances by the Aloha dancers and choirs. Parents kept saying how much they love the community spirit which permeates the Bazaar, and makes them return every year. Record funds were raised, which will go towards additional facilities for the students.
