Year 4 have started to learn about Romans and Celts. 4VJL retold the story of the fearless Queen Boudicca who stood up to the Roman soldiers when they tried to take her land and riches. She was a brave and powerful Celtic Queen and Sophia played her wonderfully. She marched to find the soldiers with her warriors and together they fought until eventually the Romans won, however rather than be humiliated Boudicca drank special poison and denied the Romans the chance to kill her.
