YEAR 1 & FS1 (Nursery) VIRTUAL PARENTS’ EVENINGS
WITH CLASS TEACHERS & SPANISH TEACHERS
Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 April
Our Year 1 and FS1 (NS) virtual parents' evenings will take place on Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 April from 16:30 to 18:20 h.

We will be using the online appointment system called “Meet the Teacher”. It will allow you to book one video appointment with your son/daughter's class teacher and a separate appointment with the Spanish teacher to discuss your child’s report, progress and future objectives.
|
Please note that Srta Patricia, Miss Ellen’s class Nursery Spanish teacher, will be available on different dates, 19 and 20 April. NSERI parents receive a separate communication to make their appointments with her.
|
If this is the first time you are using “Meet the Teacher”, log in with your details and the preferred name, last name and date of birth of your child (remember to include accents for Spanish names). If you have more than one child at Aloha, you can enter the details of any one. You only have to do this once as the login will then be suitable for all your children enrolled in Aloha College Marbella.

Meet the Teacher has added a new feature which allows both parents/guardians to join the same appointment from two different locations. Please click here to see how to invite the other parent/guardian to join the video appointments.

You will have received a communication reminding you of your login details to access.
|
The “Meet the Teacher” platform will be open for you to make appointments from today, Monday 12 April, at 12:00 h until Thursday 29 April, at 12:00 h.

Please can we remind you appointments are not taking place at school. All appointments are virtual and to access your video appointments please follow this guide.

YEAR 1 Y FS1 (Nursery): REUNIONES VIRTUALES DE PADRES
CON TUTORES Y PROFESORES DE ESPAÑOL
Miércoles 28 y jueves 29 de abril
Nuestras reuniones virtuales de padres y profesores de Year 1 y FS1 (NS) tendrán lugar el miércoles 28 y jueves 29 de abril de 16:30 a 18:20 h.

Usaremos el sistema de citas online llamado “Meet the Teacher”. Les permitirá reservar una cita online con el/la profesor/a de su hijo/a y también una cita con el/la profesor/a de español para hablar de los boletines de notas, su progreso y objetivos futuros.
|
Por favor recuerden que la Srta Patricia, profesora de español de la clase de Miss Ellen en Nursery, estará disponible en otras fechas, lunes 19 y martes 20 de abril. Los padres de NSERI reciben otra comunicación con instrucciones para reservar sus citas con la Srta Patricia.

Aquí encontrarán una breve guía sobre cómo añadir citas.

Si es la primera vez que utilizan “Meet the Teacher”, regístrense con sus datos y con el nombre, apellidos y fecha de nacimiento de su hijo/a (incluyan los acentos para los nombres españoles). Si tiene más de un hijo/a en Aloha, puede introducir los datos de cualquiera de ellos. Sólo tiene que hacer esto una vez, ya que el acceso será adecuado para todos sus hijos inscritos en Aloha College.

La plataforma Meet the Teacher ha incorporado una nueva función que permite a ambos padres/tutores legales acceder a la misma cita desde diferentes lugares. Accedan aquí a una guía sobre cómo dar acceso a las citas virtuales al otro padre/madre/tutor.

Les hemos enviado una comunicación recordándoles sus datos de acceso.

Por favor, les recordamos que las reuniones no tendrán lugar en el colegio. Todas las reuniones son virtuales y para acceder a sus citas en video por favor consulten esta guía.
