Year 11 Virtual Parents’ Evenings
Monday 9 - Thursday 12 November
Our Year 11 virtual parents' evenings will take place from Monday 9 to Thursday 12 November. We will be using the online appointment system called “Meet the Teacher”. It will allow you to book video appointments with each of your son/daughter's teachers over four evenings instead of just one.

Please visit https://alohacollege.meettheteacher.com to book your appointments. Find a short guide here on how to add appointments. If this is the first time you are using “Meet the Teacher”, log in with your details (first name, last name and date of birth of your child - include accents for Spanish names). If you have more than one child at Aloha, you can enter the details of any one. You only have to do this once as the login will then be suitable for all your children enrolled in Aloha College.

The “Meet the Teacher” platform will be open for you to make appointments from today, Tuesday 27 October, at 13.00 until Friday 6 November.

Please can we remind you appointments are not taking place at school. All appointments are virtual and to access your video appointments please follow this guide.

Estimados padres de Year 11

Nuestras reuniones virtuales de padres y profesores de Year 11 tendrán lugar del lunes 9 al jueves 12 de noviembre. Usaremos el sistema de citas online llamado "Meet the Teacher". Le permitirá reservar citas en video con cada uno de los profesores de su hijo/a durante cuatro tardes en lugar de sólo una.

Por favor visite https://alohacollege.meettheteacher.com para reservar sus citas. Aquí encontrará una breve guía sobre cómo añadir citas. Si es la primera vez que utiliza "Meet the Teacher", regístrese con sus datos: nombre, apellidos y fecha de nacimiento de su hijo/a (incluyan los acentos para los nombres españoles). Si tiene más de un hijo/a en Aloha, puede introducir los datos de cualquiera de ellos. Sólo tiene que hacer esto una vez, ya que el acceso será adecuado para todos sus hijos inscritos en Aloha College.

La plataforma "Meet the Teacher" estará abierta para que pueda hacer citas desde hoy, martes 27 de octubre, a las 13.00 hasta el viernes 6 de noviembre.

Por favor, les recordamos que las reuniones no tendrán lugar en el colegio. Todas las citas son virtuales y para acceder a sus citas en video por favor siga esta guía.
