In Year 4, for our entry point for the unit ‘What’s on the menu?’, we transformed one of our classrooms into a pancake house. We all prepared ourselves by ensuring we had on our aprons and chefs hats then we took our seats at our tables. We learnt how to make and then flip a pancake with the teachers close by supervising us!!! Then we finally got to enjoy them by adding our own toppings, chocolate, lemon & sugar, strawberries & bananas or syrup & jam. They were delicious!
