World Peace Day celebration 21 Sept 2017

Once again, as is customary at Aloha, the whole school came together to think about peace, both in our daily lives and around the world.  We took time to consider how Aloha consists of children from 56 different countries and how this helps us to become tolerant, educated citizens of the world. As a very international school we learn these special qualities from each other every single day.  Children from the Primary and Secondary sections of the College released white balloons into the air and read messages of peace.  We all held a minute’s silence to think about the meaning of peace.
