Another Record-Breaking Year for Aloha College IGCSE Students

100% of students gain one or more foreign languages

98% of students gain five IGCSEs A*-C

Aloha College has followed up its 2012 IGCSE success, with the highest results in the history of the college.  Not only did students achieve a record-high percentage pass rate but also 98% of students gained five IGCSE passes or more at the important A*-C grade.

Only 10% of schools in the world can demonstrate that their students have made the kind of progress achieved by the IGCSE Aloha students.

Mrs Batchelor, Headmistress of the Secondary School, said, “These are outstanding results.  Aloha College works hard with parents and students to offer personalised support.  Congratulations to our students for breaking records; we are proud of their achievements.”

It was a fantastic collective effort but there were also some outstanding individual results.

Fabienne Banghard, a brilliant linguist, passed 13 IGCSEs including English and Spanish First Language and A* grades in German and French.

Maria Moreno, an excellent scientist, gained 6A* and 4 A grades, whilst Javier Carmona, one of our many bilingual students, passed 11 IGCSEs gaining 5 A* grades.
