All Aloha College students enjoyed an Andalusian breakfast of “pan con aceite” para celebrar la festividad de Andalucia.
Dia de Andalucia
“Green and white” – like our flag, these are the colours we have all worn today, children and adults alike, to celebrate Andalucia Day.Junior pupils have made flags, plates, drawings, masks, shields, which can all be seen on the special mural set up for this day.And to crown it all we had a fantastic Andalusian breakfast with warm bread and olive oil, grown-ups were able to try the delicious locally-made oil and at the end of the day, enjoy Year 3’s Andalusian assembly.
