Aloha Senior School pupils are well used to the University of Cambridge ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) examinations. Now Junior School pupils whose first language is not English have a chance to work for a qualification from this prestigious organisation. They will be specially coached as part of the Curriculum Enrichment programme and their goal will be the Cambridge YLE certificate. Cambridge Diplomas are often a requisite when requesting a university place or as evidence of a candidate’s level of English when applying for a post.
