CONGRATULATIONS

To our Year 6 children who enjoyed their graduation assembly and special party laid on by the school. It was a wonderful event.

After a happy and successful induction week, Year 6 are well-prepared to begin their new lives in the Secondary section of the school in September.

They are all very excited. (Sorry, Mrs Salmon!)

UNIFORM FOR GRADUATION AND AWARDS CEREMONY

Please remember the importance of exceptionally neat

uniform on Speech Day. Anyone not wearing the correct uniform who is nominated for a prize will not be awarded the prize. I am sorry but we are Aloha College and only the best is good enough.

GUEST SPEAKER: DANI GARCÍA

Yesterday we were honoured to have guest speaker Dani García visit the college. He gave an inspiring and thought-provoking presentation to Years 9, 10 and 12 about the importance of hard work alongside talent. His personal outlook is one that fits with our     philosophy “Be The Best”.

He also reinforced the message that failure is an important process to experience if one is to achieve great success.
