The support of yesterday’s charity Fundación Aladina (Foundation that provides support to children and adolescents with cancer) brought fun and laughter as staff and pupils paraded in silly hats or funny wigs. Of course, the true meaning of the day was not forgotten as two of our pupils have recently undergone chemotherapy for cancer.

From the sale of second-hand uniforms, Aloha College was delighted to present DEBRA with a cheque for their worthy charity, helping children whose lives are painfully affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB), a very rare genetic condition in which the skin and internal body linings blister at the slightest knock or rub, causing painful, open wounds.
