New school App and WhatsApp for emergencies

We are pleased to remind you of the availability of our new iParent App, available to download on your smart phone or tablet!
|
The App offers a fantastic way to gain quick access to your child’s school information and keep you up-to-date with how well they are getting on at school. You can also check the school calendars, the monthly menus and access other helpful information.
|
The iParent App is available for iOS and Android devices. You can download it for free from Google Play or the Apple Store by following the links below - all you need is your existing Parent Portal username and password to login.

We hope you find the iParent App a valuable new channel for receiving and sharing information about your child.

School WhatsApp
We also put at your disposal new WhatsApp numbers designed for emergency communications. Please save these numbers among your mobile phone contacts:

This is an official WhatsApp Aloha tool and is not designed for informal conversations about your child. It is to answer urgent questions or receive immediate notifications about important matters.
|
WhatsApp messages will only be attended Monday to Friday between 8:15 h and 17:00 h.
|
Non urgent matters should continue to be sent via email to your children's teachers, the person responsible for each Key Stage or by calling the main reception on 952 814 133.

Nos complace recordarles la disponibilidad de nuestra nueva aplicación iParent, disponible para descargar en su smartphone o tablet.
|
La aplicación ofrece acceso sencillo y rápido a toda la información escolar de sus hijos. También pueden consultar los calendarios escolares, los menús mensuales y acceder a otra información útil.

La aplicación iParent está disponible para dispositivos iOS y Android. Pueden descargarla de forma gratuita desde Google Play o Apple Store siguiendo los enlaces a continuación; todo lo que necesita es su nombre de usuario y contraseña del Portal para padres para iniciar sesión.

WhatsApp Escolar
También ponemos a su disposición nuevos números de WhatsApp diseñados para comunicaciones de emergencia y para consultas directas con las secciones de sus hijos. Por favor, guarden estos números entre los contactos de su teléfono móvil:

WhatsApp es una herramienta oficial de Aloha y no está diseñada para conversaciones informales sobre sus hijos. Es para responder preguntas urgentes o recibir notificaciones inmediatas sobre algún asunto importante.
|
Los mensajes de WhatsApp sólo serán atendidos de lunes a viernes entre las 8:15 h y las 17:00 h.
|
Los asuntos no urgentes deben seguir enviándose por correo electrónico a los profesores de sus hijos, al responsable de cada Key Stage o llamando a la recepción principal al 952814133.
